Vlad the Terrible appoints fellow oligarch (comrade Trump) as Russian ambassador to the U.S.

On Monday (12/19/16) the electoral college can either vote for an American version of tyranny and false truths (promoted by the Kremlin, via that Fifth Avenue eyesore) or respect the wishes of Alexander Hamilton. Conservatives often cite the Founding Fathers to back up their claims to use muskets, or shall I say AR-15 killing machines. Two can play this game, those interested in respecting the American people should point to Alexander Hamilton's 'Federalist 68' which explains the electoral college in March 4,1788. See, there are some men with long hair from the 18th century who get modernity. It's simple: you get to call yourself a democracy if the candidate that receives the most votes is elected President. If on the other hand you want to promote the loser, you can always downgrade the U.S. from democratic status to that of a 'democracy-in-name-only' nation.

Are you happy Republicans? Your fantasy of being dictated to by a former commie KGB spy has come to fruition. You are, after all the party that's for capitalism - a crony version that includes plenty of abuse of taxpayers money (bloating the military, government grants to pals etc). Not to mention, your love of using government to control the fairer sex and what's taught in schools. Hang on a tick, Republicans really are the socialists - oh the irony! At least now with a white nationalist protectionist as President you can finally gloat about promoting the thought police and telling companies how to run their affairs. The art of small/limited government is back brighter than ever, doing its utmost to con the American people.

Having a look at the line-up of the cronies Trump has promoted (who's who of corrupt business, military and political hacks, assuring that propagandists and special interests got their way) really gets kiddies jumping for joy. What a future they'll grow up in, bunch of old white bigoted men trying to enforce medieval views on a diverse liberal democracy. Forget human rights, minimum wage, climate change, evolution, having the right to choose, free trade - uncle "Trumpet" (apologies to the musical instrument for using your name in vain) is here to make sure we turn out clocks back to a time when having an open-mind was a sin. Stop laughing theocracies, Americans are still in 2016, well until we go down the rabbit hole in 36 days. Fear not parents, God created the world in 7 days (at least according to backward humans like the Pence's of this world) and as such will destroy it in 4 years via a tangerine megalomaniac.

World Chess Grandmaster Gary Kasparov has been jailed numerous times for speaking out against fascism under Putin, yet the U.S. is celebrating this regime. Just look at Trump blushing at it's every move or by the brain-dead selections for cabinet, like Rex Tillerson as Secretary of State. Just what we need, an oil executive who received an Order of Friendship medal from the Russian depot himself. If you ever find yourself in Dallas, drop me line, I will personally escort you to the Exxon Mobil headquarters to voice your concerns.

Dear electoral college electors, voting to uphold the principles of Hamilton is the only choice to preserve our democracy. Sincerely, the majority of Americans that didn't vote for a sleazy bigoted snake oil salesman (I will never titre of outing this poor excuse for a President and his Republican worshipers).

Wanted at the National Mall (1/20/2017): crowd of 3 million to denounce the Führer

Citizens, residents, the undocumented (you're just as worthy) let's all rise up as one at the inauguration of this sub-human. There is no hiding from the popular vote (Clinton: 65,844,610/Trump: 62,979,636) - the 45th President will never be the people's representative. Anyone who attends in favor of the demagogue, must automatically renounce their citizenship and be replaced by a refugee, as per Lady Liberty's wishes.

My apologies to the Looney Tunes cartoon franchise, the parade of loony's wheeled out by this wannabe despot is reprehensible (to put it kindly). Don't know what's worse, those who attacked him for a being a con artist textbook racist (Romney and Ryan) or conservative Christians (Carson) who grovel at the knees of a man who displays no moral fortitude. I guess selling your soul to a creep is more preferable than standing up for your country. How can one resist a man who was too busy avoiding the AIDS epidemic in NY whilst his fellow countrymen were sent off to Vietnam. As they say in America: you can rape your wife, start-up fake universities, exploit race in housing disputes. propagate false truths, swindle hard-working folk out of their life savings, use and abuse migrant workers, and still manage to become leader of the free world. If this is what the U.S. stands for than it's time to bid adieu to the Statue of Liberty. Calling France...You can have your gift back, America is now a beacon of sleaze and bigotry.

To those saying give him a chance - could you please climb back into your bunker of hypocrisy. Let me see, I partake in race games and misogyny then I turn around and say air conditioner jobs. This is straight out of the 'I will spit on my people whilst simultaneously offering candy' playbook. I can just see recruiters nationally rejoicing when interviewing candidates for an entry-level job. Recruiter: What makes you qualified for this job? Applicant: I have expertise in race-baiting,  buffoonery and screaming out catchy slogans. Recruiter: I can't offer you a job based on hate and empty promises. Applicant: If you can become President with those attributes, then I can't see why I cannot be offered this role. Recruiter: Let me be clear, we have higher standards at this company than what is required to be President. As for teachers, they can finally educate students that being a prejudiced bully can lead to the highest office in the land.

The U.S. still has hope, 65% of the largest economic centers (including my own region of Dallas County) voted against bigotry. The counties that are home to our brains and advocates for a liberal democracy were firmly against gold covered zealotry. That reason alone provides some faith in the American experiment. What we need now is 4 years of intelligent protest, if we agree to respect a racist-in-chief then we become an accessory to vulgarity. Native Americans lost their lands at the hands of cruelty, hundreds of years later this is still a dark stain. Since that time the country has worked hard to build a reputation of acceptance, we must uphold that legacy and block any attempt by the savages to pillage this land.  Führer, you can take all those deplorable's that work for and support you to the nearest time machine - 1950's Mississippi wants you!

"A disaster for a democracy." Exact words tweeted by 'Not My President-Elect' (in reference to the electoral college) after the 2012 election. it's safe to say, I have found common ground (for the first and no doubt last time) with America's Mussolini Doppelganger. To the majority who voted against tyranny, we can take some solace from knowing that two of America's most incompetent (Nixon, you're not forgotten) modern-day Presidents (arguably of all time) did not win the popular vote. 

It's high time for a proper revolution! If millions can come out to celebrate sporting championships, then we need  a tide of humanity marching on 1600 Pennsylvania demanding an end to bigotry and sleaze. Don't wait for the 'Nine Wives Club' to get in power before it's too late. Gingrich, Giuliani and Trump will bring their sleazy private lives into the highest office, just as bad, they all suffer from conspiracy theory syndrome. Let's not rest until the narcissist and the chauvinist party he represents are placed into the dustbin of history. Heaven forbid, the likes of Donald Jnr and Sarah Palin are handed positions of influence, that will just confirm the death of American exceptionalism.

The GOP (which now stands for: Greed, Oppression, Prejudice) will no doubt try to use its majorities in the House and Senate to help take America back to 1861! For the last 500 days Führer Trump has basked in the glory of spitting on everyone from the disabled to minorities, for that he overwhelmingly won over the xenophobic class and White Christians (Evangelicals being the biggest backer, they sure love their adulterous bigots). Gandhi was right all along about Americans: "I like your Christ. I do not like your Christians. Your Christians are so unlike your Christ."

However, in the grand scheme of things race-baiting failed to win the most votes. No matter what the Führer tries to spin with his third grade aptitude, he should always be reminded of this fact. To all those thinking he will be impeached, think again, even if he does, do you really want Mike Pence as President? Here is a man who is obsessed with controlling a woman's body parts and one that believes creationism to be the be-all and end-all. We don't need medieval thinkers being anywhere near the Oval Office, if we wanted that, we'd poach our next leader from Putin's Russia - oops, I think we just did!

May we look back on this dark chapter, and remember that we the people didn't sit idly by whilst a fascist freak show stole our democracy, but a time we rose up and fought for it. The world likes to copy American trends due to its ingenuity, something tells me no country wanting to prosper will want to emulate the America of November 8, 2016.

Note to white nationalists (including neo-nazi sympathizer, Steve Bannon who will counsel the President): there has always been an abundance of Caucasian criminals, but I guess being natural-born allows them to wreak havoc on society. Immigrant bashing is now fashionable in the land that was settled and built by immigrants. To think the ancestors of these people are now celebrating having a racist-in-chief. 

Decision 2016, the rise of fanaticism

Did the nation just decapitate Lady Liberty's head? Maybe I'll wake up and realize that this was all a hoax. For those of you with firearms, please note: take out your frustration in words not bullets. 

Thank you Dallas county for keeping it real (61% for Clinton), and for the many state ballot measures that passed. Positives: Colorado raising the minimum wage to $12 an hour; California's gun control proposition 63/tobacco tax increase. Negatives: California failed to repeal the death penalty and Colorado voted against universal healthcare. Okay marijuana mafia, you guys had a big night, adding California, Massachusetts and Nevada to the legalization list. Oregon also made history, by being the very first LGBTQ governor in U.S. history.

As for the Presidency, people chose (not a majority mind you) to be led by a tyrant that despises the disabled, treats woman as objects, wears bankruptcies like a badge of honor and partakes in race games. That's all well and good if you are from 1861, but that is not my America!

The GOP can now officially quit harping on about being Lincoln's party, they had the audacity to allow a womanizing racist to represent the party that shoves Christianity down our throats - Jesus would never be a Republican, not now, not ever! I get it, you couldn't resist Führer Trump, the man famous for avoiding the AIDS epidemic in NY while his fellow Americans fought in Vietnam. 

To top it off global markets plunge, oh the irony, the finance industry doesn't even trust the party that worships money. At least with the nuclear codes, we finally get to see a Septuagenarian (with the mental capacity of a third grader) reap havoc in countries he can't even pronounce.

One positive, at least this spells the end of political dynasties. Clinton was conservative in many areas and reminded folk of old school Republicans, hopefully this ushers a new party with the vigor shown by Sanders and Warren. 

Much will be said in the coming days and weeks, but once a nation celebrates Russian style mob rule there's no turning back. Peace out America, its been fun knowing you... 

Happy Birthday, Madam President-Elect

Preface: I will put my money where my mouth is and own the prognostication that I made on 7/22/16 (a time when many pundits actually thought a bully would prevail). Let's put Americans out of their misery, fast-forward to the electoral college being awarded to Hillary Rodham Clinton on 11/8/16.

Madam President, now that you are officially No. 45, it's time to rehabilitate America's image after 16 months of greasy campaigning. Here a six areas of policy to tackle, before those primitive Republicans (who couldn't handle a worldly dignified family man, due to his genetic makeup) start getting all sexist on you.

1) Refugees/Undocumented

Compared to Canada our refugee intake from Syria is downright appalling! If our Northern neighbor can take in 25,000 without a blinking, then at a minimum we must take in 250,000 immediately. If the naysayers start having panic attacks just quietly remind them that the worst atrocities created domestically are by homegrown folk that happen to have fair skin.. Even back in the day terrible things happened, does that horrific sniper attack at the University of Austin by Charles Whitman (a devout Catholic blond assassin) ring a bell...Full amnesty must be given to the undocumented, the facts prove they are no more likely to be a burden than citizens. The irony is not lost that they have contributed more to the American experiment than those who despise them. Personally, I'd like to use a magic wand to make white nationalists disappear and have them replaced by those willing to sacrifice for the American dream.

2) Healthcare

Once again, look to the Great White North. Canadians on average live 3 years longer than Americans due to something called healthcare being a right not privilege (refer to my piece from 2/17/16). It's well documented that this saves more money, the fact Americans spend more taxpayers money on healthcare largely to appease Insurance companies in playing their discriminatory games with people's lives proves why a streamlined universal system must be set up. Thank you Colorado for openly discussing this as a measure, maybe this will be the catalyst for the White house.

3) Student Loans/Economy

Many states waste taxpayers money to build football stadiums (I know all about it as a Texas resident), brings tears to my eyes knowing many Republicans are for this, yet cry over government spending. How about the federal government step up and actually respect the intellect of those who have put in the hard work to graduate and forgive their loans. If we have to cut funding for football programs at Colleges than so be it. It's a well-known American right to call athletes who have received phony scholarships to perform heart surgery on you - cough, cough...For their not be a federally mandated minimum wage is shameful for the world's richest country. It should be $15 per hour, those who disagree can start marketing the U.S. as a third world country.

4) Military

Please be honest us with us. George W. Bush was an expert at raising taxes to bloat the world's largest military, yet had the audacity to promote himself as being fiscally conservative. I know how much the Clinton name is admired by Republican military hawks, with that comes a Neocon mentality. If there is insurgence into Syria then you better also help Chadians and Congolese, and for that matter out Israel for their war crimes. If you want to show off America's ego via war games, then put it to good use, not just another experiment in trillions being washed away to destroy senseless lives.

5) Guns

Kudos for wearing an F-grade from the NRA as a badge of honor. Now it's time to take on America's number one domestic terrorism outfit head-on. Planet Fitness has more members than this archaic group catering for insecure Americans hiding behind killing machines, If they don't work with you to close gun show loopholes and increasing restrictions on firearm purchases then do what a real President foes, stand up for the innocence over barbarism.

6) Supreme Court

Nominate a Justice that is not some kind of religious leader wanting to dictate their hypocritical social norms. Embarrassing that people still want to control a woman's personal choices in 2016 or still get their knickers in a twist over marriage equality. This is a forward-looking secular nation, and as such the constitution must be interpreted to meet the needs of modernity not regression.

Mrs Clinton, If you are able to be a mix of FDR and Eisenhower than even your detractors might begrudgingly give you a thumbs up. Talking Dwight, here is one of his famous quotes: "Should any political party attempt to abolish social security, unemployment insurance, and eliminate labor laws and farm programs, you would not hear of that party again in our political history."

Please GOP legislators, stick this quote in your head when dealing with Madam President. The two major parties working together for the vulnerable is what being a beacon of humanity is all about. If for nothing else, it's time to show the world that America is a true superpower, one that is not afraid to flaunt its compassion.

To the fascist freak show that will no doubt keep whingeing and whining post-election, please visit the NY headquarters of that "fair and balanced" news network (yes, they are located in that avant-garde paradise). If that doesn't calm your nerves, go find your conspiracy websites and bask in the glory of sharing false truths on social media. Friendly reminder: Facebook is as progressive as they come, not to mention Apple and Starbucks. Fear not, Uncle Putin will accept all of you bigoted Yanks. Why live in a liberal democracy run by a woman, when you can move to a nation that openly encourages racism and homophobia.

Who knows, in 4 years there might be envy towards Americans from Canadians. So much so, that they might want to move south to celebrate our empathetic treatment of refugees and the defenseless in society.
